I am trying to throw together a party very quickly...

Any suggestions on sources for tasty quiche?
I may make it myself like usual, but in this case I would use frozen, store bought or caterer-prepared if anyone can reccommend something yummy.

Kate & Abby's makes a very tasty spinach/mozzarella quiche. They have a few other kinds, too, but that's the only one I've tried.

Another vote for Cait & Abby's - spinach/mozzarella a fave - they also have aspearagus and a broccoli, mushroom & chedder. And they come in two sizes.

here's a seasonal possible alternative...pizza rustica...a traditional Italian "pie" made around Easter time..filled with egg, cheeses and chopped or layered meats. You will start to see it in some Italian specialty food stores and bakeries.

Does sweet concessions still cater? I know their regular take out is closed, but they make(made?) a mean quiche.

Thank you all...

Sweet Concessions is unfortunately completely closed down to the public now.
I did however order all three flavors of quiche from Cait and Abby's. They were a hit - and, as it happens, meat-free.
The spinach/mozzarella was gone within minutes.

One point - order them ahead. I stopped in yesterday morning thinking I'd pick up a spinich & mozz to take to my brother-in-law's house. Nope... sold out.
