My sister had a party and used our very own justmelaura to do the catering. She did an amazing job, the food was excellent and unique, the presentation was very creative and the service was perfect.

It certainly made the party a wonderful experience.

Laura's son and my son played on a baseball team together a few years ago. We parents were the fortunate beneficiaries of Laura's cooking when she would "Grace" us with assorted baseball watching munchies, which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented.

I liked the spicy roasted veggie quesadillas. The maple/sesame chicken on a stick was good and the gumbo. Very good Guacomole too. I think that's all I tried.

Alg,
I loved that guacomole, and the shrimp gumbo and jumbalaya were awesome. I am trying to figure out an excuse to have a party just so I can have Laura cater it.

Straw and I have our birthdays coming up in May. In fact, Algebra and the boy's are coming up too. All good reasons for you to have a party.

14th and 22nd. I was thinking about having a bash on the 20th but I am not sure I can do it this year.

How's the puppy? You around Sunday to hang out?

Sailor is getting better. I forgot how hard it is.

Sunday should be good, considering tomorrow will be my first alcohol free day in 3 days. (knock on wood).

Why can't you do a bash this year? Should we have it at my house? Anyone else having a b'day in May that wants to jump on the bandwagon?

Mem -- Sunday is three days away -- you saying you plan to drink heavy for the next three days?

Maybe I should do a suprise party for Straw? Like a this is your life or have Llama (or Tom Reingold) jump out of a cake?

Yes Laura's food, presentation and service was excellent. She is the best caterer I have ever used. There was over 50 people at the party. She served chicken and beef on skewers and had an absolutely delicious shrimp gumbo with rice. She also had arrangements of cheese and fruits that looked like pieces of art plus great guacomole and chips. She actually decorates the tables and uses her own dried flowers so you literally don't have to do a thing. Her staff never stopped working and were very friendly to all the guests too. She brings everything you need for a party and knows where to set up for good flow. She is the best.

Ann
