I went into Crane's the other morning for breakfast and had a chocolate croissant and coffee. Fantastic. Went back later in the day to buy some cheese for a dinner party. Bought three cheeses, a hard salami and crackers. They were so good that they were gone by the time dinner got started. I used to say "no one eats cheese at a dinner party. They sit there the whole night and then you wrap them up." These were great. One was a NJ cheese and the other a Spanish cheese. It's like having the old cheese shop back. Great cheese and great recommendations.

This is all in addition to the great dinners they make every night and, my favorite, the breads. What a great addition to town. It's nice to see a new business that fills a void. Thankfully, it wasn't big enough for a nail salon.

Haven't gotten the cheeses yet, but everything else we have tried has been great.

I love the food at Cranes -- just wish there was more (and roomier) seating!

They have the best BBQ pork sandwiches, and the homemade potato chips are my new favorite thing. :-) I keep going back for them.

Well, Cranes has just won me over...

I was drooling reading the posts about Cranes, so finally dragged myself in. 2 English cheeses, a BBQ pork sandwich and 2 chocolate and banana muffins (the kids were with me!) later, I am a total convert...

Superb food, knowledgeable and highly pleasant people = a happy customer.
Thanks!
