The Star Ledger has a story today about places where you prep your own meals to take home and freeze. Has anyone been to a prep center in this area? My sister in Chicago uses one and she brings home really good dinners.

There's one on Route 10. I tried it and thought it was kind of cool.

$20 - $25 per entree???? Just for prep? They better be cooking for me and pouring my wine for that amount.

I think that's for 6 - 8 servings, which seemed an accurate measurement from what I tried. That includes the starch, protein, veggies. My family eats about 4 servings per dinner, and we had the stuff twice each.
