Not sure that this item belongs here, but this section gets much more traffic and attention than the recipe section, so here I go...I'm going to make a salmon mousse (or two, probably) tomorrow or Saturday. Here are a few questions for those of you who've made it, since I never have: 1) Will it keep from Friday 'til Sunday late afternoon?, 2) Have you ever used the recipe from the Silver Palate folks (it's in two of their books) and did you and your guests like it?, 3) Any tips re something to do differently or be careful of in the preparation?, and 4) Can anyone spare a plastic mold or two for this, just for the weekend? (On this last note, not sure I'm totally ready to take the plunge and buy them, yet...)

Many thanks!
Michele
