I just wanted to give a plug to Sara Markel's new local food
business "Fork in the Road" (http://www.forkintheroadnj.com/)

Sara used to be a chef at Sweet Concessions in South Orange, but
started her own soup, food and catering business a few months ago.
Previously she was doing soup deliveries on the weekend, but now, in
spring, she's delivering on Tues and Thurs. On Tues she cooks various
entrees - her felafel tonight was delicious - and on Thurs it's soup,
sides and dessert. She generally chooses a different ethnic cuisine
every week.

Next week is Cuban sandwiches and black bean soup - I've already placed my order. We're weekly customers and love the service - there is nothing better than realizing it's 6pm and I don't have to worry about dinner. For non-meat eaters there is alway a vegetarian option.

I often order an extra quart of the soup for the freezer. Last week's Thai coconut green curry was delicious.

I'm just about to eat the falafel sandwiches that were delivered today and I have a quart of Moroccan Chickpea Soup and an order of Chicken Tagine coming on Thursday. Sara's soup deliveries kept me very happy over the winter and I'm so excited she's now delivering twice a week. Very yummy and couldn't be more convenient.
