I figured it was a bad sign when the "for rent" notice went up in the window of the shop that also featured the Quiznos coming soon signs, but now I see the Quiznos signs have been taken down.

Guess this one fell through?

I was actually looking forward to having Quiznos there...

I think the proximity to the new Subway was an issue.

Why would you look forward to such mediocre chain food coming to town? Now granted Quiznos is 2x as good as Subway but still Blimpie is better than both and they are already on Valley. What we really need is the REAL owner of Campus Sub (Joe) to open up another shop, or Mr. Sub to re-open his long forgotten store!
