Paid a hefty premium for fast service as a penalty for my "sins". My office travel department handled some of the logistics, so I can't fully speak to ease. I paid $60 for expedited service, and it was turned around and delivered by overnight mail in about a week. Very fasy and efficient but you will pay for that. Maybe I just caught them at a slow period?
