Sorry to ask again since this came up some weeks ago, but the search function isn't helping. Any experiences good or bad? Recs of what to do or what not to do? And, most of all, any coupons? Thanks a lot! |

Much more of a water park than I expected. And I had one kid in swimmies and there are NO DRESSING ROOMS! We had to change in the bathroom which wasn't fun. My kids aren't big up-close character fans, but we were able to stay away from them as they are very popular. They did enjoy the Elmo stage show. Not as many non-water rides as I expected for young/small kids (under 5 say). It was PACKED. But the kids had a good time. I got some tickets on ebay (people selling the 2nd day of a 2 day pass I think) for a bit less than market value. I will say that I think we enjoyed Land of Make Believe better (www.lomb.com I think). More low key and the water park was separate. Less expensive too. |

We're going for Elmo, I'm afraid, so we can't go elsewhere. Thanks for the tip on dressing rooms. |

Yeah, that's why we did it too. Didn't know the characters would freak our kids out! I wouldn't want to meet the 6' Cookie Monster in an alley. My kids were 2 and 4 when we went. They LOVED the slow river ride and the wave pool (small waves). The are wimpy when it comes to rides so I can't even remember what was there, but there were several dry play areas (slides, bouncy floor, tube maze) they enjoyed as well. And of course the Elmo show, the theater is small enough so you can see very well (which of course means there is a wait to get in!). |

I was there last weekend. The park itself is cute, but it's not for children under 3, because it's mainly a water ride park; it's ubelievably crowded on the weekends (as expected); there are no dressing rooms; and it felt like there were 3 restaurants for every ride, which were incredibly expensive and not very child friendly. If you really want to give it a try, I strongly recommend going on a weekday. Check your local Pathmark or Burger King for discount tickets. bklyngirl

Bring a pepsi can for money off up to 6 admissions. I can't remember how much. They also had coupons at burger king recently, as well as thru AAA and the entertainment book, but you can only use one. I have a bunch of notes from reviews i've read over the past few years, which i'll p/l you... |

The Kid Stuff books have a $5 off adult admission coupon (good for up to 6 adults). If you need it, PL me. |

One water ride to stay away from is a water tunnel that you climb though. We took our girls there a few years ago and the inside of the tunnel was packed with people. There was water spraying down, and it was very hot inside whcih made it hard to breathe. |
