Whole Foods definitely makes them - also the cake recipe on the back of the box of "Angel" cake flour - which they carry at Kings has a really simple cake-from-scratch recipe that takes about 5 minutes and is mighty tasty.

Cherrybrook kitchen makes a really good cake mix-you can find them at Whole Foods.

I don't have one here to check right now, but I'm pretty sure that the Dr. Oeteker brand, available at King's, has no hydrogenated oils or, for that matter, doesn't contain a long list of preservatives or other chemicals. Tastes really good!
