Looking for romantic, good food, not break the bank because my Cirque De Soleil tickets already did that?

Ok none of these are cheap but..:
Try Bouchon - the Thomas Keller (French Laundry) restaurant at the Venetian. Also really enjoyed Daniel Boulud's restaurant at the Wynn.
CraftSteak at MGM

Most of those are going to break the bank.

Most of everything in Vegas is going to break the bank if you want to eat at any of the hotels/casinos. Unless of course, you just eat at the food court in The Venetian or similar places. Even the buffets are running about $30 for dinner. My recommendations: Mix at the top of Mandalay Bay (Ducasse restaurant) - about $75 per for appetizer, entree, cocktail, and a couple of sides and desserts for the table; Luxor Steakhouse (one of my favorite places for filet); Red Square for Russian inspired food and vodka; Mesa Grill (Bobby Flay) at Caesars; Border Grill in Mandalay Bay for Mexican (not as pricey as most of the restaurants on the strip).

Ah Sin at the Paris hotel is great asian food that's not TOO pricey.

the others are right...most places on the strip in the hotels are going to be more expensive. you may want to do some research on places off the strip or in Old Las Vegas...

My fave was Elements in the Alladin, VERY good, not too expensive....
Check if it's still open. Planet Hollywood was buying out Alladin the last time I was there.
