Our daughters insist we order pizza almost every Friday night, so we go back and forth between all the local joints.

Last week we ordered from Pizza Primo for the first time in awhile. I like to get some type of vegetable roll, so we got their eggplant roll which comes with onions, peppers and mozzarella, with sauce on the side.

It is SO GOOD! As a vegetarian, there are certain things I miss, not necessarily the meat, but the flavors. Well, the onion and pepper bring back memories of eating sausage, peppers and onion heroes. For $4.50, it's huge. My husband and I shared one again last night (we switched the routine around and ordered on Thursday instead) and he took a half in for lunch. Mine is reheating in the oven right now, but I almost ate it cold.

The pizza was really good too!

I know, but the dough gets nice and crispy when it's hot, plus there's the melted mozz...

Oh, another plus, their marinara actually tastes good.

On Springfield Ave, between Prospect Street & Yale. It's across from Net Nomads, the Beaded Path, etc.
