I am traveling with my wife and 2 year old son to a wedding this summer in Sicily. Can anyone recommend places to stay in Taormina or Siracusa? |

We stayed in the Hotel Svizzera in Taormina. I highly recommend it, though I have nothing in the area to compare it to.
I'll let you know about Siracusa. |

It's pricey, but the Hotel San Domenico in Taormina is absolutely beautiful. Worth every penny, IMHO. Incredible views both internal and external. It was a monastery back when it was built in the 1300s. |
