I noticed the other day as i was crossing over SA that eVineyard has an "Available" sign on it from a realty company. Since it wasn't even a real store that was open to the public, i'm crossing my fingers that it turns into something cool, or at least useful.

And i haven't seen anyone mention it here, but the old Sage diner on SA (which closed last year and became the inferior "new" Sage diner) is soon to become the Park View Diner. (Or is it the Park West Diner?) Either way, it can only get better. Looks like they're doing a significant amount of work on the inside, and there's a Now Hiring sign out front.
