Located in the heart of Beach Haven - this Victorian home was built in 1893 and while it has retained its charm it has some very modern amenities, like a spacious family room that was added in 2001.
On the first floor the home provides a terrific wrap around front porch, a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, the new family room with cathedral ceilings, a full bathroom, laundry room and a covered back porch.
The second floor includes two large bedrooms (1 queen bedding & 1 full bedding) and a smaller bedroom (full bedding), along with a full bathroom.
The third floor is a recently upgraded dormitory-style room with accomodations for 6 pre-teens/teens).
The property also includes a great backyard and a wonderful outdoor shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioners and a grill is provided.
The home is located about 200 yards from the Atlantic Ocean with an incredible beach, and about 500 yards from Barnegat Bay (great fishing, sailing, crabbing, boating...).
The neighborhood is a historic district with some incredible homes built in the period from 1870 - 1900 when the area was a tourist destination for Philadelphians. Today, it is a family and adult friendly neighborhood (not a college student rental destination) with some terrific restaurants and great shopping all within walking distance and all which welcome very casual attire.

Out of season $1300/week (call for long weekend rates) September through May, along with the week of June 11th
Weekly in-season rentals are $2,500/week and run from Saturday @ 2 PM to Saturday @ 11 AM
