According to the NJT this is down from the proposed 20% increase... I cannot wait to see the service improvements... NJT tranist holds a permit to dump human waste on the tracks - but they have said that they choose not to. Just wait. There have actually been AM trains that I had to jump back from because of some foul smelling liquid flying out of some lower region of the train... EEEWWW !!!
