I thought it looked rather deserted in past weeks, ... i.e. no cars in lot, overgrown lawn, etc. I guess the for sale sign confirms it. Baja Fresh reminds me of an upscale Taco Bell with semi-table-service. They have a rather wide variety on their menu. Chipotle is pretty much only burritos - but GOOD LORD do they make those burritos well! I'd equate them more with Quidoba than Baja - but better!
