My wife's friends are making her a baby shower at our house (I think about 40 or so people). I was thinking of getting it catered from Antonios Mozzarella Factory in Springfield. Has anyone used them before for catering? Any other places I should look into? - Thanks |

Check out Palermo's Pizza Primo on Springfield Avenue or Village Trattoria in Maplewood village if you are going to go Italian. Both places have excellent food and do catering. |

We used Antonio's for my mom's 70th birthday party at our place last summer. I would definitely recommend them. We had about 35 people. Food is excellent and they were prompt & courteous. |

We just had a bridal shower at my house and we used New World Catering. It was amazing! |

I'll second New World Catering (assuming you're not set on doing all Italian). Ellen Shapiro is the nicest easiest person to work with. They catered my son's bar mitzvah and everything worked out wonderfully: delicious food, great set-up and service. I couldn't be happier with them. |

the salads from New World Catering are to die for - I have used them for two parties! My choice - "Sweet and snappy" with balsamic dressing. |

oops, forgot to mention the good thing about New World is you don't have to have them full out cater, you can pick up the prepared food the day of the event too. |

You cannot go wrong with New World. They catered my son's bris and the food, the service--EVERYTHING was amazing. If you can swing the full-out cater, go for it. So great to have their staff there to set up, serve and clean up too! |
