Do a search on MOL for the word "Brunch", you'll find a ton of suggestions. This is a very common question.

American Fare used to have one, not sure if Terra continued the tradition.

Scotty's in Short Hills.
For fancy check out the Short Hills Hilton or the Grand Summit Hotel.

Terra still offers the same brunch in the style that American Fare use to do...$15 per person. soup/salad, main, dessert. Good Omelettes.
