I’m looking for a travel website where I can search and compare All inclusive resorts. Hopefully some type of questionnaire that I could fill out. Asking about Size, kids, amenities, etc.

Travelocity, Orbitz, Expedia are fine once you know where you want to go, but other then that pretty useless.

tripadvisor.com does sid-by-side comparisons of all those places (travelocity, orbitz, expedia and a few others). Not sure how granular it gets, but I know I've used it to compare airfare and hotel.

Tripadvisor is great - you get substantial user reviews as well as links to professional reviewss/guide book write ups etc.
You have to keep an open mind when reading some of the reviews - if a place as 6 or 7 good reviews and one or two horrible ones my feeling is it's often the person not the place. It's also valuable to read to get tips on what type of rooms to ask for etc etc.
