So we are looking for a place that has suites, or maybe connecting rooms. Anyplace nice is fine as far as towns go, but closer is better since its only going to be a two or three days. You can sit outside at the patio tables overlooking the ocean with a bottle of wine, and there is a nice pool there as well. The location is great, and the prices are not as bad as most beachfronts. Recently updated-very clean...they have"suites" that have bedroom in the back and living,dining and kitchenette when you enter the room. They are on the beach and have laundry facilities and also have a nice pool. Our girls still talk about our vacations there. There was a piece on 1010 WINS this morning on how wretched the rental market has been for landlords this summer at the Jersey shore and most brokers are reporting up to 20% of their inventory unrented.
