Great place on Midland Avenue right off of Bloomfield. We went there for dinner with friends last night and had a great time. We got two appetizers: buratta (a soft, fresh mozz) over tomatoes and fried calamari, which was dynamite. The girls ordered one of the pasta specials, which was a linguine with shrimp and lobster, just to die for, and the boys each got a steak special. Strip steak sliced thin, sauteed in something wonderful and served over sauteed arugala.

Dessert was also great ... I got banana gelato with Belgian chocolate and sliced strawberries. Mrs. Incredible had stacciatella, which is like chocolate chip gelato and fabulous.

It was BYO, and dinner for four came to about $190 (before the tip), so it aint' exactly cheap. But the food was wonderful and large portions abounded, and there were a number of selections on the menu that were more economical but looked really good. The service was top notch. I'll go back.
