I am a member at the Maplewood Club (Tennis Club) up the hill from the village...as of September 1st we brought on a new caterer (David Ellis Catering of South Orange)to oversee the food and functions at the club...we had our first offical event with them for our annual "Lobster Fest" and it was amazing...the presentation, the service and food was the best that we have ever had. I was thrilled to see such enthusiam and professionalism with the staff and look forward to many more experiences with them...Just thought I would share my excitement and hope that others will have the opportunity as well. |

David Ellis is a wonderful caterer. You are very lucky to have him. (By the way, I'm not related and don't know him personally.) I've been at several functions he has catered. |
