Kids would have games to play on site while adults can relax in a friendly low key atmosphere. Best would be BYOB to save on the expense. Bunny's has the right idea but since it's a bar getting a few drinks raises the cost, Resevoir is almost there on atmosphere and BYOB, but nothing to keep the kids busy. It's almost as though were looking for Chuckie Cheese's that's BYOB but for teenage children not 5 year olds.
