Anyone have a recipe? I know that some people on here cook Indian food. Chicken Dhingri is probably my favorite dish and I'd love to try making it at home, but I can't find a recipe on the internet anywhere.

Any suggestions always appreciated.

Great website and thanks for the recipe - It seems pretty close to what I imagine is in dhingri, so I will definitely try it.

I'll be attempting to make my own naan this week. It seems simple enough, hopefully it will come out alright.

I can recommend Madhur Jaffrey's cook books. I noticed that a couple of her cook books are listed on the link above. She is an Indian actress, who trained in London and I believe raised her daughters in NYC. She is good with substitutions, explains the different spices and talks about her memories growing up in India. My only over all complaint were the recipes were heavy on oil. So I cut back. It's been a while--but I think by more than half.
