We were also in cornbread heaven. What a talented chef. Twice I have driven over there on a weekend only to find a note on the door saying they were closed for one reason or another. Another time I called recently to order, they were out of most things. And why not post the menu (which changes daily) on the restaurant's Web site? He's an incredibly good chef, no question about it. But there are plenty of people in town who have never even heard of the place. Also LOVE his apricot sauce for barbecued ribs or chicken.
