Would love to find someplace with the idea of Voro without the lack of service...good bar snacks and no attitude.

Someplace local(within 20 min drive) - for a girls night out. Jazz or blues music a plus. Tapas or the like a bonus. Anyone?

Why don't you try Cent Anni? They often have live music on Sat nite and you can get delish appetizers and sit in the bar area.

I was thinking Cent'anni too. Except I was thinking they had jazz on Thursday?

If the music is your thing you may want to check-out Cecils in W. Orange. It looks like nothin' from the outside but -Fantastic Jazz. -Check out the tables upstairs if you want to get away from the bar and the sometimes more reverent listeners downstairs.

Nice menu. Plain and fancy.

Frankly I can really only speak to the menu and not the quality as I have only gone late to listen and have a drink. One time I had some nice soup at the bar. -Does that count? Other people did seem to be enjoying their food.

Be advised that for some it can be a bit smokey downstairs.

Cecil's is really mostly about the music and the nice vibe.
