Are you under 3 feet of snow? I went to school in Rochester, and we always got the snow storms that always seem to have come from Buffalo. And this was in July.

The wings at the airport are actually pretty darn good. Not as good as La Nova or Anchor Bar (other Buffalo favorites), but still for airport food, pretty darn good. The Beef on Weck is not bad either.
There's not much on or around Grand Island... The Niagara Falls outlets are close, but will be a madhouse this time of year. The Casino in NIagara Falls Canada is good.
