Not a diner really (couldn't help myself about the little word play).
We had dinner at the Brewery a few years back. That was okay. But would like to try something a little tastier. Not anything fancy.
Just hoping to find some place open.

We went to Charlie Brown's last night. They were open until about 9 PM. Usual menu. More crowded than I expected but no wait for a table at the time we arrived.

Not sure if the Parkwood is open on Christmas. I doubt it. If it is, you'd be in luck next year, because the food there is good. Much better than a typical diner.

The Maplewood Diner is open 365/24. It's more of a classic diner, to put it kindly. But seriously, the food there is perfectly fine.

Parkwood had a sign up earlier in the week saying they would be closed for Christmas. I don't know what time Peter closed on Christmas eve.

He closed at 8. We had our Christmas Eve dinner there with our boys. It was delicious, as usual. After dinner, Peter brought to every table a plate that had about 5 slices of the various pies and cakes that they have, plus a few cannolis--as a way of saying happy holidays. Yum!

It was a great place for Christmas Eve dinner.
