Despite deluges of attack-level whining or mocking posts following previous updates from Mr. Tony, here is the latest update from the THD owner:
"Hi Everyone!
Happy New Year! I hope you and your families enjoyed the Holiday Season. Following is the latest update on the progress of the re-opening of Town Hall Delicatessen.
As I write this note, the mason is finishing the second floor addition. As soon as that is complete, the contractor will put the new floor and roof over the addition and the electrician and plumber will start their work.
When that’s complete, the mason will come back and pour the floor for the Deli. Then we can get the equipment and the millwork installed.
After that, the building will get a brick surface all around, and a handicapped ramp will be built next to the back entrance. Finally, the parking lot will be resurfaced and landscaping will be completed.
This would bring us to an opening this spring, barring weather delays or any unforeseen issues. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

It doesn't help to post mistrust, cynical doubt, or negativity in general, yet, judging by recent history, and despite the good news contained above, I predict that this update will inspire just that from some of the usual suspects...
