You can send it snail mail to:
Village Hall
101 South Orange Avenue
South Orange, NJ 07079

or email to the following addresses:
William R. Calabrese wcfuzzy@aol.com
Patrick Joyce pjoyce13@juno.com
Dr. Allan J. Rosen ajosrosen@aol.com
Arthur Taylor arthur@mec.cuny.edu
Mark Rosner markrosner@earthlink.net
Mary Theroux mmtheroux@aol.com
Steven Steglitz sasteglitz@aol.com

Also, Mark, Allen & Patrick actively post here online & it is highly suspected that some of the others lurk here, as well.

In a formal letters mayors are usually addressed at "The Honorable John Doe". I have no idea what form of address is expected by a council or village board member. From the postings by Mark, Allan and Patrick I imagine "Hewy You" will do. They don't seem to be formal people.

One of my former co-workers who had a lot of correspondence with state department heads also used a salutation of "Dear Honorable". I settle for "Dear Sir" myself. :-)

And in South Orange it's Village President rather than mayor.
