I took Mom to American Fare in the village Saturday evening while wifey is out of town on business.

Food was five star..Mom loved hers..

We shared the Apple-Beet Goat Cheese Salad. She had Lobster Ravioli Porchini and I had the Meatloaf.

2 Thumbs up!

They do great things with goat cheese at AF. A few years ago they had a goat cheese strudel that mysteriously vanished from the menu one day. I asked about it, and the chef/owner told me it was very popular but that he likes to switch the menu periodically. I wish he'd bring it back!
