One of these days, I will. Right now, it runs only on unix, with only a command line interface. One of these days, I'll web-ify it so you can access it on the web.

In the meantime, you can do a web search for "anagram generator" and you'll get a few. In my opinion, they're not as good as this program, but they're still fun.
