I'm too lazy/maladroit/whatever to do it myself....or to return it to the store that shipped it to me. Any recommendations for some craft-type place locally that could SECURELY restring a necklace? Thanks!

Sure, the new Bead store on Springfield Avenue, The Beaded Path, offers that service.

Bring it over. Look for us at 1877 Springfield Avenue, at Prospect Street. Across from Primo Pizzia and two doors down from the Net Nomad's Internet Cafe.

10 AM to 6 PM most days, you can call 973 313-1331 to see if we are open as with the holiday schedules, we are staying open longer.

Thanx for asking,

Jennifer and George Berkeley

My guess is that neither the Ark nor the Titanic was built with BEADS!

Of course if they could be built with beads, George Berkeley is the one who could do it!!!

George Berkeley, mild-mannered Maplewood plumber and handyman, SECRETLY a techno-whiz, submarine pilot, and now...bead-stringer!

George has been stringing some of us along for a long time now. Did you notice his beady eyes?
