There's a guy driving a Maplewood DPW street cleaner who seems to have been going around the block on Elmwood b/t Essex and Highland since 8:30am this morning (it's now almost 11am!).

I'm starting to wonder if it's Rake Man taking it to the next level & perhaps "borrowed" a street cleaner & wandered over from Parker. Does anyone know if we're missing a street cleaning truck down at DPW?

Are you sure there's a driver in the cab?

If there is, maybe he's just avoiding work.

There was a story a while back about a guy who would steal firetrucks and race them down the interstate over great distances. When they caught him, they found him naked in the cab.
