Can anyone recommend a good local upholsterer? for a small sofa? And where is the best place to purchase fabric?

The place on Valley Street in South Orange is great. Can't think of the name, but its a bit past Pathmark on the opposite side of the street. |

That's Ultimate Upholstery. They sell fabric, at least for their own upholstery jobs. We had a good experience with them. |

Terminal Mill Ends on Stuyvesant Avenue in Union has a large selection of fabric. I have not ordered from them but they have some of their recent upholstery jobs on display waiting to be picked up and they look very nice. |

Another vote for Ultimate Upholstery on Valley St. We just had a large sectional sofa reupholstered by them, and they did a fabulous job. it looks beter than new. They have a large selection of fabrics, and we found just what we wanted, plus they are lovely people to deal with. |
