Does anybody know of a place nearby where I can get a VCR repaired, or buy parts to effect the repair myself? Does anybody have a non-working SONY VCR they'd like to donate to the cause for the part I need. Mine is a SLV-900HF, but I think all SONY transport systems are pretty much the same. I'd hate to throw the thing out for want of a $1.00, plastic gear. Thanks, and Happy New Year to all. TomR. |

Gordon Dart on Valley at Parker. The place looks like a mess from the outside, but everything I've ever taken to him gets fixed correctly and cheaply. He's been in business for ages, and he's not one of those Yuppie shysters. He's a real fix-it pro. |

Try One Stop Repairs on Burnet & Spring, sorry I don't have the number. See Rick, he was the guy that used to be on Spring. |
