Time to get off my ever-spreading butt and get in shape already! But I don't usually get home on weekdays before 7pm, and most of the evening fitness classes I've seen locally start too early for my commuting schedule. Anyone know of anyplace local which offers classes (preferable aerobics or something similarly dance-ish, but I am certianly open to other ideas)that start at 7 pm or later?

While in college, we use to indulge in a form of exercise called, "Sport Eating". This involved trying to eat as many types of food within an hour. Since we were in NYC, we'd start off in Chinatown, run to Little Italy, then to the Village then back to Little Italy for Pastries.

Surprisingly, it was not very effective for weight loss but it was an awful lot of fun.

I also loved the kickboxing class as the Y, but I was missing the 8:15pm class due to my work schedule. Now I go to Motion Fitness in Millburn (behind the Whole Foods & CVS). They offer classes, as well as regular gym machine and weight stuff. A little on the pricey side though.
