Need to repair/replace grout in our bathroom. Water is seeeping through the wall and on to the kitchen ceiling. Can you recommend someone to call? "Kevin" was a name once recommended, but I understand he is no longer doing this kind of work. Any help would be appreciated.

Best of luck to you. I called at least 10 tile men and either I got no response or they couldn't do the work immediately. I finally found someone who was pretty quick to do the emergency work to stop it from raining in my kitchen, but since then, its been nearly impossible to get him to return for the tub reglazing and drywall work. If you have any success, please let me know for the future, a good tile man is hard to find

Our plumber gave us the best piece of short term advice while we decide whether to retile or to go ahead with the total bathroom renovation...

Buy a second tension rod and hang a curtain over the tiled side wall of the shower. Operating the controls through the curtain is a nuisance, but we aren't destroying our new living room ceiling while deciding what we want to do in the bathroom (I hate spending money to restore something I'm planning to tear out!)
