Hi
We are painting our house this spring and our gutters need replacing. Does anyone have any rec's on the type of gutters they think would be the BEST (and if you have specific names or installers, that would be great)

Mark Meise 973-669-8612 replaced ours a few years back and comes each year to clean. |

Just a word of caution about Mark Meise.
I had used them for a couple years for gutter cleaning. First two times, no problem. The last few times were like a Keystone Cops movie, at best. One time it took them 4 weeks to arrive...AFTER we had a scheduled appointment. Twice I had them claim they cleaned the gutters, and I KNOW they had not since I can see the lower gutters from the 2nd floor windows. They claimed they cleaned the house next door by mistake. They eventually did actually clean mine. This last time was the best. I called 3 times to find out why they had not shown. They again claimed they had done it. Then they call me to "confirm" my correct address. Seems they mailed the bill to the wrong address. I still insisted they had not cleaned my house and I was not paying. Then they confirmed that they had indeed cleaned the wrong house again and sent the bill. I just could not get past the fact that I used them about 4 or 5 times and they could not get my address right and argued with me as to if they had cleaned the gutters.
So I am back with Ned Stevens, whom I do not like. If anyone has a reliable and honest gutter cleaner, let me know. |

Also had no luck with Miese...called them twice to come out and give me an estimate on gutters. Didn't show up either time.
