Sticker inside my SubZero from a servicing sometime in last 10 years says A B Refrigeration Service 201 429 1212/ 992-2422 (wonder if this number is area code 973?)

If that doesn't help, call Norman's Applicance 973 564 9050 - and ask if he does it (he's done oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher for me).

There's a phone book listing under appliance - major repair for sub-zero: 800 200 2306.

Watch out.

If under warrenty, you must use a company assigned to you by Sub-Zero.

Last summer I used a guy that hat Sub-Zero in his yellow page ad. When the problem was found he told me I had to pay him then contact Sub-Zero.

You can guess what they told me.
