I had two pipes burst in an addition. I have
been told that they will have to go through subflooring.

Any idea of cost?

Thanks

I don't even know how to guess at this ... there are an awful lot of variables.

1) What is on the floor, they'll have to go through that too if there's no crawlspace

2) Is there no crawlspace? (or is it simply not big enough for a person)

3) How precisely can they find the burst pipe? Or is there a 'very large' amount of 'holes in the floor' to make?

But it sounds ilke a fairly pricey +$500 project requiring not only a plumber but then someone to patch the flooring when they're done.
