Hi,

I am thinking about doing a direct mailing to all households and businesses in my town. If I come up with the brochures, what is the best way to get them into the mail with address labels affixed to every one?

In case there is an additional cost for providing the name of the resident on each label, I do not care if the addressee is 'Occupant of 12 Maple St' or "Mr. XYZ, 12 Maple St'.

There must be direct mail companies who do this, or a way of purchasing mailing labels for every home and business in your town?

Thanks,

Marc

We have used www.Listsareus.com for business mailings. They send you listes in diffrent formats.

We get .csv files and then import them into lable printing software.

Then we stuff, lable, stamp everything. It takes a lot of time.

We're looking into something like:

sorry though I don't know the costs

You can also talk to Celeste who handles bulk mailing at the Maplewood Post Office (if you're talking about mailing to Maplewood.) You can do a mailing simply to Residential Postal Customer, Maplewood NJ 07040 -- that is actually the cheapest way to do it -- and Celeste can tell you the numbers and cost.
