That's odd, it worked when we posted, and works now. We are on a cable internet connection. If you would like details, the phone number here is 973 275 9712. Thank you.

It worked for me. This is probably a free site and has limits on access (bandwidth?)

Did you have the landscaping done? The yard is beautiful. I'm also curious about all of the recent upgrades. Did you not anticipate moving? In any case, the improvements should make the house very desirable.

Yes, the landscaping and the lighting were done by professionals, and thank you. We had planned on moving in a few years. This past few relatively harsh winters have made us reconsider a sooner relocation. We did do an immense amount of work in '03, expected to use these upgrades. The next keeper of our house will be off on a good foot.

Us2innj -

I've tried a number of times since you posted this link (not that I'm a potential buyer, so you don't need to worry about me particularly.) I always get that data transfer error.

Looks like Yahoo limits the amount of data transferred per hour per site and your site must be fairly large and can't allow very many "hits" per hour.

Maybe I'll try some morning in the wee hours when I can't sleep ... just to satisfy my curiosity.

However, you may want to look at making the site smaller in order to have more potential buyers see it.

us2innj - your garden is beautiful. We are in the market too but unfortunately need somewhere with more bedrooms.

At the risk of being rude, can I suggest you give more details on the house? Your garden is getting far more detail and so other than 3 bedrooms and the upgrades, we don't know anything about the house. I'd suggest type of kitchen, living/dining/family room info, storage attic/basement. I know you didn't ask for constructive criticism but as I read the site, it seemed like an ad for a yard rather than a house, and if I were you, I'd want to know.

Good luck.

We have expanded our enrollment in Yahoo to a larger bandwidth. That site will be up in a day or two. The site we created is not overly heavy with pictures. The limit has been reached because of views as opposed to content.

Akb: thanks for the suggestion.

Really pretty house and gorgeous landscaping. Can you tell us who did the landscaping? (both design and execution)

Elizabeth,

We worked with our landscaper with an idea we had in mind. He is not from the immediate area, but if you're interested, private line me for his phone number.

Monday-

We have found a buyer for our house. Thank you for all your words of good wishes. We had quite a bit of traffic through here on Saturday and Sunday, and had multiple offers. A couple came along this morning, and came up with a price we all liked. We think we're doing well, and they love the place. We hope to move May 1st.

Come and visit us in Wellington, FL. The house will be ready mid November.

Thanks again.
