Seeking childcare (sort of)

Please don't yell at me for this.) We have three children, ages 12, 14 and 16. We need someone to come to the house from 3.15 until about 5.30 each day, and just sort of oversee things. We need this person also to have his/her own car and be able to pick up/deliver the kids to/from practices, appointments, friends' houses as needed. There's no housework or meal prep (aside from the occasional bowl of soup or snack) involved.
