Sorry...looking for somewhat long-term, but don't want to sign a 2-year lease. Month-to-month, 6-month lease, or 1 year lease preferred.

I picked up a flyer this morning for Rutgers Plaza that is located at 215 Rutgers Street here in MW. They rent offices and conference facilities, much like the places in big cities, or so it seems.
Prices seem reasonable at $149 per month for 10 hours (presumably per week)of office use up to $349 for an unlimited use of a dedicated private office. Conference room use is incldued.
