Doesn't look like it so far - I usually get a call about 5:15 a.m. or so, and I've heard nothing yet today. Think it will be business as usual.

I've found http://www.mmshsa.org to be a reliable flag of closures, and I suppose delayed openings, too. And it's quick! Even though the web site is for MMS, the decision to close or delay spans the entire district.

They took away some of our allotted absentee days one winter when I was in High School because we had to many snow days. I think we were aloud to miss 14 days and they changed it to 10. Didn’t matter my mom never let me take them all any way.

“Who knows what if you get sick on the last day of school”
“Rest assured mom I will go on the last day”
