Just a hopeful note to remind Andy and the ladies at the Baird Center that summer will be coming again this year - like last year - and that parents will want to sign their children up for camp. It would make sense to get the registration forms ready NOW instead of waiting until the day before camp starts and having parents frantically run tothe center to register their kids. Also it would prevent those scary first few days of camp as teen age counselors - hired the day before stare blankly at parents answering "we don't know" to questions like - what is the counselor/camper ratio, how many kids are here, where are the emergency contact sheets we are supposed to fill out for our children/
PLEASE BAIRD CENTER - do some heavy lifting and change the date on last year's camp registration form to 2004 and distribute them asap. |
