I am looking to get a big order of buffalo wings for the Super Bowl and was hoping to gain suggestions on the best in the area. Note: I like the real thing -- NOT the breaded kind, or BBQ-sauce kind, etc. And please suggest other than O'Reilly's (tried, no-go). Thanks. |

I don't know if they do take out but Sun Tavern (Roselle Park, Union) has awesome BWs. No one else comes close...IMHO. |

Try the wings at the Aladdin in Vegas. It’s a little price (Room/Air fare/food/gambling) but you really can’t beat Vegas for Super bowl Sunday |

I don't think Vegas is so good for the Super Bowl anymore. The NFL is suing them for their parties http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news;_ylc=X3oDMTBpNWZic251BF9TAzI1NjY0ODI1BHNlYwN0aA--?slug=ap-superbowldisappointme nt&prov=ap&type=lgns |

That’s just the parties that you have to pay for. Most of the casinos have free parties. The Aladdin is having one that’s free (You get a comp ticket at the tables or sports book). |

Make them yourself. Buy big fat wings, deep fry them in peanut oil for 10-12 minutes, for the hot sauce, mix melted butter with Frank's RedHot Sauce. 1/3 cup of butter for every 1/2 cup of Franks. The more sauce the hotter!!! You call also bake with wings if you like. After the wings are cooked, coat with sauce, and bake for 10 minutes at 450. ENJOY!!! |

Baking is key! I also add garlic powder, vinegar, and a dash of tabasco to the ingredients Sylad listed. I also sometimes put the sauce on boneless skinless chicken breasts..for those who don't like wing meat! As for the best wings around here...there is a definite shortage of good wings....Cluck U's are pretty good. Best I've had in a while were at Scruffy Duffy's in Manhattan..but that doesn't help you for tonight's game. |
