McGreevey (or whoever is responsible) did a wonderful thing in reopening DMV offices on Saturdays. Had to go there last Saturday, dreading the experience. First saw a smiling, helpful receptionist, who answered several questions. Then waited in one line for, oohhh, maybe 45 seconds. Took care of business. Was in and out in 7, yes 7 minutes. Yes, I know, this may change as more people use the Saturday hours. Not only was I in an out in less than an hour but I've tried three times before to change my license over from NY to NJ and was told I had to take a written test and could not get it the same day. I took no tests (other than a visual) and got my NJ license. I'm official now!
